●  Clean the cylinder and remove any studs or dowels.

●  Package it according to our suggestions

●  Ship it to us

Typical turn-around is about 2 weeks

*Only available for Powroll bore kits purchased new from Powroll.  Does not include re-sleeving or case machining.  Powroll reserves the right to refuse work on cylinders that do not meet our standards.

GENERAL MACHINING AND REPAIR

Powroll is essentially a manufacturer.  We produce an extensive line of products, all of which include detailed installation instructions. 

A qualified mechanic and your local machine shop (for kits requiring boring and/or machining) can easily complete the required modifications and installation.

Other than boring, Powroll does not offer any retail machine shop services.

CUSTOM FABRICATION & DESIGN

We deal in medium-sized production runs of 20 or more on all of our products, so in most cases, we are not able to build 'specials'.

In years past, when the 4-stroke market was slow, we were able to take on special projects during the winter.  Now, with new models being released at a remarkable rate, we spend our time doing research and development on the new models.
