Bore Kit and Stroke Work are not sold separately and won’t work separately.

●  105mm Piston Kit: Piston, pin, rings, circlips, headgasket, basegasket, sleeve.

●  5.0mm Stroke: Work done on your crank.

REQUIRES

●  Cylinder re-sleeving, bore, case machining and windage tray modification. Installation and machining instructions are included.

●  39mm FCR Carb Kit, Race Cam, shown below. These are minimums to make this setup run.

●  Race Gas 112 Octane or greater.

●  Kit does not include a new rod - we recommend a Falicon rod for better reliability (#CR-1Y-A66) you can purchase this from Falicon, and send in with your crank.

●  Send your crank for modification.

Why purchase your FCR carbs from Powroll?

The complex design of the FCR makes setup very important. Every FCR carburetor that Powroll sells goes through a 30-point inspection. Jetting is set for the application, the pump stroke is calibrated; almost an hour of work goes into each of our FCR carb kits. You also receive our FCR carb tuning booklet. All this adds up to a carburetor that is truly a ‘bolt on and ride’ setup!

INCLUDES: Two Keihin 39mm FCR Carburetors. Manifold, Airboot adaptors  and o-rings (to work with stock airbox). Cable adaptor to work with stock throttle assembly.
