RECOMMENDATIONS:
Kit does not include a new rod - we recommend a Falicon rod for better reliability (#CR-1Y-A66) you can purchase this from Falicon, and send in with your crank.  Powroll recommends a tachometer or shift light set at 6800 rpm. The best power is produced below this point, and overrev will only cause premature engine failure.

PISTON KIT - HIGH COMPRESSION

100mm Piston, 11:1 Compression.

This stock size kit installs in your stock cylinder with no boring required.

INCLUDES: Piston, pin, rings, circlips, headgasket, basegasket.

REQUIRES: Check clearances before installation. Must run race fuel, 108 octane or greater.

This is the basis of our Premium kit shown above. If you already have the carbs, cam, etc, you can order the 770cc kit separately here.

Bore Kit and Stroke Work are not sold separately and won’t work separately.

The absolute best carburetion available for your 770cc or larger Raptor! These twin 39mm Keihin’s have instant throttle response, no flat spots, no stumble or hesitation! If you’re building the ultimate Raptor, you need these carbs!

WHY PURCHASE YOUR FCR CARBS FROM POWROLL?

The complex design of the FCR makes setup very important. Every FCR carburetor that Powroll sells goes through a 30-point inspection. Jetting is set for the application, the pump stroke is calibrated; almost an hour of work goes into each of our FCR carb kits. You also receive our FCR carb tuning booklet. All this adds up to a carburetor that is truly a ‘bolt on and ride’ setup!
