American made premium quality forged piston.  Precision CNC machined for superior power and increased engine life.  Extremely lightweight!  This kit bores into your stock cylinder.

INCLUDES:  Piston, pin, rings, circlips, headgasket (choose correct gasket when ordering).

REQUIRES:  Boring, rejetting. 

Honda supplied 2 different headgasket designs with the 90, please check your gasket and order the correct one.

INCLUDES:  Work done on your crank.  Rod parts are available if needed (additional cost).

REQUIRES:  Send in your crank for modification.  Download our Stroker Booklet for details.

RECOMMENDED: Works best with Powroll pistons. Modifications may be required if using other piston or cam brands.

MODEL DIFFERENCES - CRANKSHAFTS

Crank designs are different between models. The following are Honda part numbers for various models, to assist you in determining which crank will work with your engine:
● ATC90 - All Years - #13000-071-010
● CL90, CT90, CM91, S90, ST90 - All Years - #13000-028-040 (all superceded from 13000-028-010, -020, and -030)
● SL90 - All Years - #13000-056-680
Cranks with the same Honda number will interchange, cranks with different Honda # will not due to rotor end length.
Determine what you have - Measure rotor end length (see photo below):
ATC 90 = 2.025"
CL90, CT90, CM91, S90, ST90 = 1.205"
